Hi there! I’m Amarylka, a passionate nature lover and devoted photographer. When I’m not bending over a watering can to tend to my houseplants, I’m probably reading about them, writing about them, or photographing them. And when I’m not blissfully watching chickadees at the feeder, I’m standing there with my camera, torn between capturing a blooming rhododendron or a finch hiding among the branches.

My story – finding freedom in nature

After years spent in breathless classrooms and stifling offices, one day I finally spread my wings and flew free like a bird. That’s when the symphony of nature truly began to play for me. I realized how little I actually knew about it – and from that moment on, I became endlessly fascinated by its beauty, balance, and laws. Ever since, I’ve wanted to soar among the treetops forever. In nature, I found an infinite well of pure joy, a natural sense of purpose, and the quiet order of life.

Each late winter, I eagerly await the first yellow blooms of winter aconites. I hold my breath watching the miracle of nesting birds in spring and summer. I fill my soul with every color of autumn and every step through the calm of a winter landscape. And before long, I’m looking for those lovely aconites again… How lucky I am to be able to “capture” at least a little bit of that fleeting, yet ever-returning, beauty. I love photography, and I’m so grateful I discovered it just as I did nature itself.
